By accessing this website at https://buildproexteriors.com ("Site"), requesting a consultation or estimate, or otherwise communicating with Build Pro Exteriors ("Build Pro Exteriors," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services.

2. Our Services

Build Pro Exteriors provides residential exterior services including window replacement, entry and patio door installation, and siding installation and replacement. We serve homeowners throughout the Colorado Front Range, the Colorado Foothills, and surrounding communities. All work is performed under a separate written proposal or contract signed by both parties.

3. Information You Submit Through Our Forms

When you submit a consultation or estimate request through this Site, we collect your name, phone number, email address, project address, and the services you are interested in. We use this information to contact you about your request, prepare an estimate, and communicate with you about your project.

4. Using This Website

5. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimate provided through this Site, by phone, or in person is non-binding until both parties sign a written agreement. Pricing may change based on material costs, project scope, and conditions discovered at your property. Your final price will be set out in your signed proposal.

6. Warranties

Your project may involve two separate warranties.

Manufacturer warranties are provided by the product manufacturer and governed entirely by that manufacturer's terms. These vary by product. For example, James Hardie fiber cement siding carries a 30-year non-prorated substrate warranty, with ColorPlus finishes covered separately for 15 years. ProVia and Pella offer their own warranty terms on doors and windows.

Workmanship warranty covers our installation labor and is described in your project contract.

Manufacturer warranties and our workmanship warranty are separate. Specific terms, coverage, exclusions, and transferability will be provided with your contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Build Pro Exteriors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this Site or reliance on information published here. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

8. No Warranties on Site Content

This Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
